Why is the only legitimate victim (Hogan) not persuing criminal charges? If he did, I imagine the first charged would be Bubba for making the tape.

Well, he said he took them to the office because Heather insinuated she was going to do something with them during divorce, so I'd say so.

I think that has something to do with this. Bubba and Bean bamboozled not only the EE's, but their own people as well. I could see what Spice did as some kind of payback for getting screwed on that deal.
