I don't understand though. If there is all of this evidence, why is he not being brought to trial for at least a civil suit? Unless there are a lot of under the table deals going on with this whole thing, it would seem pretty cut and dry that there would be a case filed against him. There are so many variables in this, but it pretty much is just a #shitfloridapeopledo thing at this point.

I agree with you on everything you posted. Bubba said he (and probably Hootie as well) will be going after Spice in separate civil suits, but claims Spice has nothing financially so it would be a judgment only. He also stated his legal team is exhausting every legal trick they know to still get this case heard criminally. Ober states he thinks he could not get a successful conviction, but if you listen to the evidence already known and read the 30 page police report that will be posted later today how could you not?

I find it strange that if the evidence is so strong, why is no prosecution taking place, be it criminal or civil? Why go the 'let me humilate Spice instead' route with some website where the supposed police report will be posted up.

Bubba constantly talks about being 'a snake oil salesman' so despite the damning things Bubba is [finally] presenting after months of doing the 'I will talk about it when I'm ready' gimmick, what makes you think Bubba is being 100% honest now about all the particulars?

Last paragraph of page 9 of the police report proves there are other DVDs featuring additional people banging Heather, just like we all suspected!

I haven't personally called the Tampa police department and read off the case # that is printed and asked if it is real or not, so I do not know.

Even if it is real, the only thing of relevance to Bubba's point is the very last line. That the case was declined to be prosecuted and the file has been exceptionally closed.

Bubba is scum so even if Spice is guilty, it is just scum dumping on scum and doesn't harm me one way or another, so I don't really care.

It doesn't change that Spice's radio program was one of the best things on the Bone.
