Not necessarily. Civil is nothing like criminal.

I know the burden of proof is far less (51% as opposed to 100% in criminal).

BTW that is fucking low Bubba saying in a round about way that Spice's sick kid is karma. I'm not shocked he said it, but it's still a dick thing to do.

I don't see anything wrong with the way he said it. I would prolly say the same thing about someone that did this shit to me...in a much worse way.

          • Bubba still can't see that everything he's in trouble for is self inflicted. He's done this all to himself and people are just there to shove it up his ass when the time is right.

Kids should be off limits, except if they are public figures imo...

              • Was what Bubba did illegal though? Serious question.

                  • And remember Spices tweet? "Revenge is the best revenge, right Bubba?"

                    So is karma!

                    • Fuckin site!

And Chob, as far as what Bubba did is illegal, I don't think so. It was in his house and a security system. Now if he tried to do anything with it, then yeah that would be.

You do not have a right to provacy in someone elses private property. At least that is how I understand it.

Yes. Florida is a two party state. If Hootie truly was unaware (Which I for one second do not believe) he was being filmed it is illegal.

Not inside a private residence from a security system. By phone or something like that, then yes.

It is currently legal in every state to make a video-only recording of anything happening at your home, at any time, without informing anyone. The fact that the camera is hidden has no effect on this concept. If your camera is video only (no sound is recorded), then you can do whatever you like with it, in your own home (but be careful about accidentally recording things beyond that, like the street in front of your yard). Audio recordings are a different story. While some states have no special laws regarding these either, it is illegal to record someone's voice without their permission in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Washington State. The merchant selling the camera will likely be familiar with your state's laws concerning this, so be sure to ask before you buy anything. - See more at: http://www.legalmatch.com/law-librar....N8W8J5Mf.dpuf
