So BofA employs people that have repos? Kind of shitty business practices I'd say.
I see what you're saying, her getting her car repo'd means she has bad credit which should disallow her from working at a financial institution, I know it does in the insurance industry. Having bad credit could lead you to doing something unethical in order to get yourself out of trouble with said creditors...hmmm

Yep Cpt, just to be a contractor to work on a banks network I had to get background checks, financial background, and if anything was amiss..sorry bout ur luck.
And this deal kind of proves that this shit happens.

Yep, at work I have to submit to a credit check every year and if my credit is bad I'm out on my ass. I've seen several people let go for having bad credit throughout the years.
