I got some new refund news (I guess I'm one of the "six" people that asked for one ) Spice emailed me last night and stated that if I don't hear something within a week he will hand deliver my request to bean himself. Then I heard Bean on the DD, so I said WTF let me call in and see if I can put him on the spot, so I got thru first ring (wasn't expecting that to be honest) and someone besides Pantera answered and I explained that I wanted to talk to bean and he said he just got off the air, but he took down my contact info and handed it to Bean on his way out (or so he says...) So let's see what happens now. Let me ask you guys, do you really think only six people asked for refunds??? I'm calling shenanigans on that deal.

Yes, a lot of people felt insulted but eventually understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. They realized that they were investing in something big in the future and figured they'd get some kickback down the road. Not everyone jumped at their throats wanting blood crying jihad.

Well, there may be some who haven't gotten through but...
Yes, a lot of people felt insulted but eventually understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. They realized that they were investing in something big in the future and figured they'd get some kickback down the road. Not everyone jumped at their throats wanting blood crying jihad.

The reason I invested was the "exclusivity" factor, but now every fucking jobber with a net connection gets it for free. How would you feel if you signed a three year contract with HBO and six months later everyone who has cable now gets it for free? I'm not crying "bloody jihad" I am simply an unhappy customer with a valid complaint is all.

Plus didn't Bubba just say yesterday that IO is "too far ahead of its time" and "will probably be hitting its stride in about 2 years", coincidentally that's the same time the EE's run out, sounds like a set up for another bamboozling. Plus remember all the shit that happened in Feb with IO and Bean came on and said all EE's get a free month when their three year sub ends...Well now that its free WTF is he going to give us now??? Plus that assuming IO is still on at that time.

I see your complaint cpt - and think it should be a streamlined process cause if they want this thing to build and get subs they need good customer service.
