Ok, here's the deal...This guy albeit a veteran is a dumbass. Why do you pay extension interest for two years on some rings. What he should of done was this, get the loan, let it default, then buy it back. It would have been a lot less than the $1300 he paid on it. Oh and yeah, if the shop loses your merchandise they only have to pay you what you borrowed on the item, so in this case the guy should get $200 back, and now that the heat is on this pawn shop, I'm sure they'll reimburse him all the money he paid in extensions.
