So the Hootie v Gawker case is back in court today?

The letter writing was the first formality. The Gov. will send it down to his Atty General for review. What's sad is even guys thousands of miles away know that person is Pam Bondi...who worked for Ober. There is the possinility of sending it to the Feds to review but Ober obviously has friends there too. Nothing can be done with the good 'ol boy network you guys have down there. Good luck.

You all keep talking about Ober and the good 'ol boy network but you fail to mention that trying to charge at the state level was a last ditch effort after the Feds declined to prosecute.

Does fed prosecutor Kenneth Stegeby have it out for Bubba too? I bet before he had the the case put in front of him, he had never heard of the sponge.

Who was the victim of these crimes anyway? Bubba?
No. He only got $1 worth of DVDs with illegal content stolen.
Why isn't Hootie raising hell that this isn't getting prosecuted.

Yep, how many times has Bubba said it himself, "If the feds are prosecuting you, it's because they've already won the case". It's killing me not knowing why no one is prosecuting this one.
