There sure is...Ober is a cocksucker that won't do the job he was elected to do. Just like Milk said about the hog trial...it's all based upon his personal feelings. He should be recalled. But...that's just how the south works I guess. That shit wouldn't fly up here.

      • Makes me rethink wanting to visit your fine state again. Wouldn't want to spend 5 years in the joint for transporting venison sausage across state lines.

        • You have a point, tremendous pressure is what caused the not guilty verdict IMO.

Exactly! Like I said, there are some, but that is the exception.

I guess we'll see if civil court can right this apparent wrong I suppose. I don't see Bubba or Heather having a case, but Hootie has one. Too bad Spice is broke according to Bubba. So my guess is he won't even waste his money on legal fees if there are no damages to recover. Spice has a pretty nice house, but you can't go after that in Florida.

You're flippin' and floppin' man. You seem to think there is a reason that he can't get a conviction bit yet you claim corruption. It's quite obvious...Ober has it out for Bubba.

Civil court won't do anything. Even a win there is a loss. Look at the MJ case...Bubba "won" but he actually lost financially.

Milk said he's corrupt, I said they all are in some way or another. I find it weird that Ober didn't prosecute this one I'll admit. I'd love to hear his reason as to why he doesn't feel confident he would get a conviction.

                    • Well if he does lose a civil judgement, he will be followed the rest of his life financially. He will be fucked.

Yeah...it'd be interesting to know but...it'll never come out.

I guess if you stay out of Hillsborough County you'll be fine. Milk lives in Pinellas, just hang there with him and you're good to go.

Oh ok...I guess I better check out a map and plan my route. Ned drives around Polk and I drive around Hillsborough.

                            • It would be a cool notch on my belt if I caught a charge for transporting venison sausage.

Find out if you can wipe out a lawsuit judgment in bankruptcy and what happens if the creditor has a lien against some of your property.
