Kevin broke it down very well though. He was on a little rant there for awhile. He explained the process of how to get something done but it all stops at Ober...which I find problematic. I'd rather take my chances with Grady in Polk Cty. At least he's fair.

Let's take a look at this not from a hater or a fan standpoint, but from an objective one if you wouldn't mind. Do you really think if Ober had such an open and shut case as this one appears to be do you think he would no prosecute it purely to fuck over Bubba on a personal vendetta? There's gotta be more to it than that. If he say's he's not confident he could get a conviction, why do you think that is?

Why would he push to trial Bubba for a hunter killing a hog? He should have known he didn't have a chance in hell of winning that case. Ober is a fuckin idiot, and not just because of the Bubba factor. He is corrupt as fuck and brings or drops cases for personal reasons.
