It's a double edged sword. Back in the day when he actually was the "people's hammer" he called Ober out on shit that was warranted. That's why we loved him, because he didn't back down, nowadays though all that has come full circle to bite him in his ass. You are right though, he should have backed down, but that's just not the Sponge's style

I'd like to hear Ober's side of the story.
I find it hard to believe he is not prosecuting just cuz he hates Bubba. Just as Bubba knows he can't sue Spice (like he keeps sayin he is going to), he probably knew Ober couldn't prosecute but pushed for it anyway so he could be 'victimized' again.

I see where Hogan was extorted but what is Bubba doing trying to press charges for that and make himself a victim of that?
Do you see Hogan crying his eyes out cuz Ober won't prosecute?
Why is Bubba making such a big stink about Ober declining to prosecute and not mentioning that the Feds came to the same conclusions? Do the Feds have a hardon for Bubba too?
There is more to this, Bubba is just crafting the situation so he can play the victim and get his fat puss in the news.
