I gotta admit though, Bubba does make a compelling argument of how Mark Ober has had it out for him for quite a while now.

Yep, He made Ober look bad prior to that and this was Ober's chance to get him back. I guess he figured at the minimum it would stress him out being stuck in court for so long, not to mention how much it cost him in legal fees, plus he was probably banking on the jury hating Bubba and sending him up the river.

I love D-Ball's "I don't give a fuck" cool guy attitude today. It really put Bubba off. He won't be back, he wants nothing to do with being a stunt guy and that's all Bubba wants him for.
