Best all time to me is still Excorcist! Have to take into account the time and effect of such a movie. Anymore, horror movies are more like comedies to me.
I watched Hammer's "Horror of Dracula" last night with Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee. The classics are so much better than most modern horror movies.
