He was unlicenced and unisured and the owner of the car claimed improper use and the hurt girls got nothing. The owner was able to prove he stole the car. Zero.Zero for injuries.

Yep Lerch, that is a perfect example of how that person's insurance doesn't have to pay for anything except the woman's car damage. Provided she had Comprehensive coverage, which would cover her since it was Technically a theft.
