I don't have a great 4th of July story, but back when I was in the army, we were training with the Calvary scouts with the M203 grenade launcher and one of the scouts had a failure to fire and instead of putting it down and waiting for EOD, he tried to eject the shell it went off and blew off his right hand index, middle and ring fingers and his left thumb, index and middle fingers. That was some scary shit right there.

Yeah, but that is the same for a homeowner as well correct?..that is the point. As a tenant, can he be held as liable as the property owner.
