nope it's way different milk,had the same type of deal accused of some CRAZY stuff and smoking weed,so mental doctors drug test and all went on,she failed her drug test and didn't do to well on her mental evaluation,the judge gave us the same smeal ,I don't want to see you in my court again,I was back in family court withing a year,she actually accused me of smoking weed again,if I could tell you my whole story you prolly wouldnt believe me milk.

Oh I would believe it. It is pretty much the same here, my ex was just too worried to take me back!

Basically, they can take you back at any time, for any made up reason, and you have to prove otherwise. It is all bullshit.
