Fuck Sirius|XM. After the way they treated my parents, I will never go back to them. They shut their radio off in Nov. 2010. They then bill them for a yearly subscription saying although their radio was off, the account was active. They wouldn't refund them, nor even talk to them. XM even hung up in their ears.

The credit card company saw things differently and pretty much told XM to go piss off.

I had a similar problem with vonage

I tried to cancel they said they wouldn't so I called my credit card company - they contacted vonage and vonage said "he still has an account"

so when visa said that to me I said - ok tell them to fax me the papers I signed for this "account" - vonage couldn't produce any so I filed a fraud claim against them - boom cancelled

haha right on.My work trucks still have them in there.(I dont have control over that) But i use my ipod all day.Some days sucks cause only a few trucks have aux jack and rest i have earbuds in ear all day long they hurt like hell after while.

Sirius is completely fucked now. Their service has sunk to its lowest level. They turned off my free sub 4 weeks ago, so I phoned them up. The guy tells me I owe them for 6 months service. I tell them that I owe them nothing. I paid the $58. for 6 months, and now I'm on 2 months free, now turn my fucking radio back on asshole. He hangs up on me. I call back, go through the same bullshit, demand that this asshole turn my free service back on, and make sure that you turn it off forever on Nov. 25. He turns it on, and it's still on. Idiots.
