With the recent court cases, like the Fox nipplegate, I wouldn't be surprised to see that overturned. But as usual, with the growing and overstepping our gov does, nothing surprises me much anymore.

Especially with the upcoming internet war of regulation. That will really suck for businesses and consumers.

I was all for the FCC vs comcast and the other ISPs in that net neutrality shit. The ISPs wanted the government to not be able to audit and levy actions against content blocking and regulating.
The government isn't all bad.
