I used to fish with my Grandpa when I was a kid, but I don't think I've been since then. Funny thing is that I live about a minutes walk from the Connecticut River.

You should get back in the game. When I get out, I don't think about anything except the lure. Gets me away from the rest of the world...even if just for 20 min. I'll check out what's in that river.

Think your right, good titay's never get old..:bigup: Comment on the fishing, My favorite times in the summer is on the fork fishing.. I enjoy it even when I'm oaring and keeping the guys flies/lures where they need to be.. It is surreal..

I'm about a mile from the Atlantic. Shad, in the early summer, are a big deal around hear, but I hear they taste like shit.

I fish for Stripers in the Chesapeake 2-3 times a year.Good times..Planing on going this October..
