He is under a lot of stress. The radio biz being what it is, though, I doubt he'll bail on Bubba any time soon. In a better environment, I'd bet he'd beat Manson out the door.

Agreed, but like you, I've sensed some cracks in the foundation from time to time. I think it irritated him that Ledge was out there announcing he'd be 5x/week soon, when that announcement really should be Spice's and Bubba's, and even indicating that Shannon Burke was part of that mix. You also hear it in some of his and Bubba's discussions on the air. I guess it's that weird, sometimes tense relationship between them.

I'm a "Johnny Come Lately" with Bubba, relatively speaking. Was their ever a time when him and Spice had some real heat on the air?

In my opinion they've had a weird relationship ever since Spice came back in 2006. As for real heat? It's hard to tell. I will say that it seems to me Bubba has never forgiven him for going off on his own briefly with the show he did with Cowhead. I'm no therapist so who the fuck knows.

How fucking stupid some of these people are was a big concern of mine when they first mentioned the plans for radioIO. At least a few thousand folks seem to have figured it out. So who knows.
