Cool, good luck man!! Wish we had a helpdesk lead. Or helpdesk people are ok, but if a ticket that comes in has a keyword, like "phone" they just forward to me without even looking or asking what the issue is.

Most of the time it is something they should be able to answer rather than waste my time.

Like the other day, someone opened a ticket cuz they couldn't update things on a certain site. because it is located in Montreal, they automatically think it is a network issue. Turned out to be IE had pop up blocker enabled. Never should have been sent to me. Waste more time with shit like this.
