I own a small business ,plumbing construction company.. On the way to work they are covered only if there in my trucks.. That's a big reason why I don't let them take them home any more.. Job to job during the day there covered.. Proly varies state to state:dontknow:

Pretty much same here. Anytime they are in a company vehicle they are covered! Even if it is at times they aren't supposed to drive them, like a lot of people do.

Don't blame you for not letting them take them home, even though in a lot of cases may save a lot of expense jsut by proximity of the job, where they live, and where the shop is.

One bad wreck, ins is fucked!
