If you are on the clock yes...not if that is where you report to work is the way I understand it.

I own a small business ,plumbing construction company.. On the way to work they are covered only if there in my trucks.. That's a big reason why I don't let them take them home any more.. Job to job during the day there covered.. Proly varies state to state:dontknow:
