Maybe it has something to do with him possibly losing his Orlando affiliate? He kinda hinted this morning that things were not going well and he has had to spend a lot of time over there with the station manager. You could tell he was over the whole deal with all of the hoops he has had to jump through in Orlando lately, then agin, who knows...

And from Cox's perspective, they probably know he's not coming back. So they're going to squueze every last bit of ratings/advertiser cash they can by fucking with the show to fit their mold. It's why they won't take a chance on the show in other markets. What's the point in putting on and investing in a morning show that will only be around for less than a year?

Possibly, I'm in Tampa and even I think he keeps it way too local, he tries to mix in an affiliate story now and then and he is always qualifying a Tampa story by saying "I know this is a Tampa story, but this could be in your backyard". It will definitely be interesting to hear about it tomorrow morning.

Great point, they are probably going to do whatever they can to see how far they can push him before the shit really hits the fan, and if we know bubba he won't take it lying down. We will probably see a showcase shown between him and Cox here real soon...

Yes, it was with one of the federal agencies, not sure which one, but what is a scary change that could come from that meeting? They are investigating death treats against him. Sounds more like possible radio drama to me.
