Seems to me that the great anti-terrorism intelligence gathering system broke down. Mateen was identified as a problem (interviews 3 times), yet he was approved as a regular ole citizen.

I think Bubba is right. We can't do anything about the guns that are already in the United States, but we should keep them away from crazy people. If the FBI is questioning someone three different times, maybe he should be in a database that says he can't own a gun. A person can be on the no fly list but still be able to purchase a gun. What sense does that make?

I agree with the FBI deal. Apparently with this administration...the FBI is not informed when someone that has been on that watch list, not once...but twice, wants to "legally" buy a gun. These fuckers that want to control the guns bought legally are too stupid to stop the exact people that shouldn't have one. The ultimate Fail. Hillary will be even worse.
