For the most part yes, which is exactly what I was thinking as well but you beat me to it.
Whether the lawsuit works out or not, this will be a PR nightmare for Cox for sure.
No doubt , I can't even imagine what the legal fees are gonna be on this one. Just the legal research of the "Thousands and thousands" of CMG emails they'll have to comb over will be astronomical.

And depending how their networks are setup, this could reach all up into corporate's ass as well. To include text applications, voice records, email, storage, you name it. Gonna be a deep plunge!

I'm gonna take the "wait and see" approach on this one. We've jumped the gun on Calta getting fired before and it didn't pan out, so I'll believe it when I see it on this one. I will say though, on the surface it doesn't look good for old Vaca de Cabeza.
