I don't know...rich people problems. If I'm having anything done that is that expensive I'd be home making sure it's done.

When I had the trees cut down and needed the stumps ground down, I knew I wasn't gonna be home, so I left my wife the checkbook and asked her to take a few pics of the work, send them to me and once her and I were both happy with the work, she would cut the guy a check. Easy peezy.

That's crazy, I still can't believe they did that. Fabrizzi must have really pissed them off for them to do that . They had half their money already, I know the contract said they were to be paid upon the completion of the job, but why not just invoice him and be done with it? Horrible customer service if you ask me.

It sure is. I still haven't gotten the bill from the guy that fixed my garage door. It won't be but $100 but still...this guy will get all of my business and I'll certainly recommend him.

That sounds like a good guy to do business with, I try to find guys like that myself to deal with when I need stuff done, that I can't do myself.
