20 with sick days, not counting holidays, so another 15 or 16 there I think.

Oh and my sick/vacation days are lumped together, so it doesn't matter how I use them...

When I hit 15 years here in September mine goes from 10.5hrs off a paycheck to almost 13hrs. Plus holidays
