This was clearly the good ole boy network doing what it does best...doing what best suits them personally.
It really does look like Spice should have been charged.
The reason he was not is because (for different reasons) Hogan and Bubba were lying to the investigators, their stories didn't match each other or the facts that eventually came out. Due to them spewing the bullshit, the SA (and previously the Feds) deemed their testimony unusable.
Without their testimony, there was no case.
Wasn't 'good ol boy network', those dumb fucks railroaded themselves.
..and FYI, the unreleased Hogan tapes (allegedly) show that he had knowledge and consented to the tapes.
people are still talking about Spice? Really? Who cares at this point? Shit was years ago. Spice is a non person now in the radio world.. He's no one.
Captain thank you for the welcome.
Spice is the dumbest person in the world. He really thought he was going to make a lot of money off of washed up old wrinkly ass Hogan? He threw away his whole career, that he wouldn't of even sniffed if it wasn't for Bubba. It's really a shame because he was my favorite and he was born to talk on the radio. I never missed a show of his with Geo, and bald ass Batches. Even now when I hear the old clips, Spice always stands out the most to me because he was so damn good on the mic. If Bubba didn't know what to say or was a little slow, there was Spice. If Bubba started getting real off topic or crazy, there was Spice to throw some heat his way.
After all this.. I think Bubba would honestly take Spice back because he knows how good they were together. I'm sure it would be a long time of confessing and ass kissing, but Bubba is about making money and him and Spice made a lot of money together.
Yeah they were, but 25's was a little hard to hear. The background music was as loud or louder than 25's rap haha. I wonder if Quincy Clem messed it up.

Yes he did! I caught that too. It sounded great as a normal rap but when you wanna emphasize the words...not so much. Look at us being critical.
