That's like saying a cop pulls someone over for DUI on a bad stop, but a friend shows up to take his car, and he is drunk and gets pulled over by a different cop later, he isn't guilty because the original stop didn't get charged.

Well if you think Hootie knew, as I do, then there is no "crime" there. There is nothing illegal about someone sleeping with ur wife and recording it. Otherwise the porn industry wouldn't be in business.

Yep, now if Hootie honestly didn't know (which I don't believe for one second), it actually is a crime to record someone's voice (video is fine though) in Florida according to the two party law. Remember when that Diaco paralegal's ex-husband recorded her without her knowledge spilling her guts in her own home and it was a problem?
