the crux of this case IMO is the fact phil got in HER car and not his own. That briefcase ending up in thei rpossession is where I think the court has a HUGE problem. It looks like mickey mouse hour.

If phil had of got in his own car and drove off into the sunset and got busted on his own - he would have just been charged and end of story
