      • I always use butter, honey and pineapple juice for my hams and top with the pineapple slices while cooking. So good!

        But I don't think 3 hrs at 225 for a decent size RAW UNCURED ham is nearly enough time.

          I agree with you 100%. I'm doing a pre cooked picnic shoulder ham and it's going on the smoker for a minimum of 4 hours @ 250, six hours is what I will probably settle at.
