Hey Fish, I did a little research at work. Looks like you have two options in WI for Comp. One is a standard deductible and the other is a standad ded + zero glass option. I'm guessing you guys have standard ded only, right? get something to brace the cup and make it press against the glass with pressure
voila - no more cracks from stones.
the vibration from the rock spreading across the window surface is what cracks windshields from rocks. So if you put something against the glass and keep pressure on it, it can stop the glass from vibrating and stop those cracks from happening
