No. We can have up to 2 years worth before they pitch a bitch. For the last few years we've also had the option to cash some out.

I'm back to about 90hrs of vaca time. I had 300+ and took half of Nov and half of Dec off. When you hit 300+ at my job they start sending you iggy emails about taking it because if it gets to 400 they don't give you any more until you get under that mark.
