I haven't read up on it much but if he went to the car during the day and STILL forgot the kid was in there - I gotta agree and say it was intentional

        • Ignorance of the law is never a defense to people who commit crimes and claim" I didn't know I couldn't do that".
So ignorance of how to raise your kid to maturity shouldn't be so fucking hard. Don't let them die, simple you fucking rejects.

Lock him up and for his execution, put him in a car on the hottest day of the year.

Yeah he did. And my reasoning for that, was to see if he was dead yet. Poor kid was suffering. And this kid was too old to be in a rear facing car seat..he was like 2 almost.

Sure Brian..then these fucks would say their phone didn't work so they didn't get the alert.

I have had to drop my kids off several 100 times, there is no way you can "FORGET" they are in the car. Sorry!

Model T's were not available in auto?
Come and show me another city with lifted head singing so proud to be alive and coarse and strong and cunning.

                      • I can't honestly speak to leaving a kid in the car, but in 2013 it happened 44 times in the good ol' US of A....so apparently parents make that mistake without criminal intent

The Mini I got for my daughter is a 6 speed stick, so she'll be learning on that. So will my wife coincidentally

Happened here today. Lady only left the kid in the car for 5 minutes and still took him to the hospital. He was fine.

For the most part I agree with you, but in this guy's case there is potentially damning evidence that could prove he was out to kill his kid in this exact way.
