Yep, that is coded as a "Safety Violation" on your MVR. It will jack your rate up. But Gamble doesn't even have his license, so it may drop off before he gets it.

I don't know Cpt. My ex wife got a ticket when she was like 17 for not wearing a seatbelt as a passenger before she even had a license. When we tried to get insurance with Geico, they wouldn't even insure us.
