Shitty, well hopefully you'll be okay.
Inventory is low at my job right now too. They are offering same day time off, working partial hours and unpaid time off if you have no vacation time left. They aren't forcing us to use it yet because most of the people had a bunch of vacation time saved up when they weren't allowed over the summer. I only have 60 hours of vacation in the bank right now.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist various tasks during concerts.
• Development of content for each active channel (particularly, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube) including a specific "campaign" to drive engagement.
• Posting content for channels as a regular participation in the online conversation on Twitter, Facebook, etc.
• Research on new tools and applications that could expand our social networking presence will also be an ongoing project.
• Posting multiple times each week on our blog with news, industry info and relevant articles
• Helping with marketing initiatives such as press releases, events, photo/video shoots and other promotions
• Assisting with marketing efforts of reaching out to spread the word about upcoming events.
• Various administrative duties, such as market/customer research and data compilation will be required as requested by management team

Required Majors: Communications, Marketing, Communication and Media, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, or any other related field.

Desired skills and qualifications, but not a must:
• Photo Shop
• Writing skills and some social media experience are a basic requirement.
• Self-starter - driven to take initiative and find innovative solutions
• Highly organized, attentive to detail, and creative
• Can work well independently, is able to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms -- Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, etc.
• Excellent research and writing skills; blog experience preferred
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
