Drew Garabo "In Your Face" Listening Thread - June 2013
Just to clarify, it rubbed me the wrong way when Milk asked why someone would call 911 for a broken arm. Having just seen my son in a tremendous amount of pain with a gruesome injury, it didn't sit well. There's no way we could have moved him without exacerbating the situation. You can criticize my show all you want; I truly don't care what some dope with an opinion who's never worked in radio thinks about my content/show. I take it quite personally when I feel my parenting decisions, especially regarding my son's safety, are challenged.
I'll reiterate that I would never trash a parent due to their efforts to get their kid help, medically or otherwise. I'll chastise Christian Scientists for NOT doing anything (save for prayer) to help their kids, to be certain, but I would never criticize a parent for doing whatever they felt necessary to get their kid immediate medical attention.
Now, I'm taking my ball and going home. Or not. I do enjoy interacting here more than any other "message board" or whatever you choose to label it. For the most part, people are nice and understanding. There are a few exceptions, obviously, but that comes with the territory. Thanks.

Drew, I never once questioned YOUR decision to call 911 for your son, nor would I. I merely stated, if you heard someone called 911 for a kid with a broken arm, IMO, you would have called them out.
As I said earlier, sorry about your son, it sucks whenever they get hurt, ill or whatever. I hope he heals well.
Shake hands and be done with it already guys, gezze!
Edit: honest misunderstandings sometimes get out of hand, let's take stock in the fact that we're all here to have fun above all else. I appreciate your show Drew, as do we all.
A pussy who is currently on the air in Tampa, a city that sent your no-talent ass packing. How's that AM station working out for you and your 2000 Twitter followers, chump?
