I agree that an 18 yr old dating a 15 yr old is wrong, but that she's shouldn't be labeled for the rest of her life. The legal drink age as most know is 21, due in part psych studies done which determined that the pre-frontal cortex(part that makes rational decision) doesn't develop until the mid twenties. *insert shit*
