That's alot to say. First problem is your BAC in your private car can't be over 0.02. It's all a buncha shit. Get caught without a seatbelt in your car, insurance goes sky high in your truck. They could differentiate the two but won't.

Nobody gets good local or regional for that matter without a year otr and that's if a guy with 2 years otr isn't competing for that job he will get a 13$ or 14$ job at best and he will be lucky to get that.

Exactly, my dad is an almost 40 year FTE with several million miles under his belt and he's told my brother that several times but my brother is a retard so fuck him, he can continue to wallow away doing shit construction and lawn jobs until he wises up, bites the bullet and goes OTR and pays his dues. I haven't spoken to him in years, he still owes me 5k from a car I sold him that he defaulted on. But I digress

So I'm trying to make the argument that a cdl holder should pay less on car insurance because we are held to a higher standard not to mention one DUI black balls you from getting a job anywhere for at least 8 years .

I agree 100%. In Cpt.'s brother's case, not so much. If you don't use your CDL, it shouldn't apply.

I'm not trying to get into a pissing match with you on this one, I'm all for awarding safe drivers (CDL or otherwise) with lower rates, but I'm a jobber in the grand scheme of insurance things, so lets just let this one go. I love to argue/debate but this one is at an impasse my friend. Let's debate why MP's are better than Cav Scouts

Hahaha let's not but I do have a general question if I dropped my agent and just got a policy with no agent would it lower my bill and how do agents make money from a policy holder.

Auto pay does save me like 11$ so I guess I only pay 83$ x 12 so there's my savings
