In fact Fish..wife makin some curds now! She thought they were going bad. how long will these be good for in the fridge? Told her they just smelled more cheesy now They would mold when they go bad right, just like regualr cheese?

Yeah, but it's time to cook'em up or flour them and freeze'em. Shit, that's where my shrimp are...I couldn't find them before and I did just that. Deep fry 'em while they're frozen.

I just froze the new unopened bag. This was the half open one. They were fine last weekend when she made some, I'm sure they're fine!
