No HR department means there are pretty weak labor and wage laws in place, and possibly sets them up for litigation. Nobody seems to have the smarts to educate themselves, because as soon as the mics are clicked off, you can be held accountable for how you treat people.

The whole thing is bullshit Lerch. Why would anyone who was making 125k a year, take a 20k gig w/no benefits? There are plenty of other jobs out there that pay much better. Nothing adds up around the BRN.
