nothing. some kid had a school issued computer and had a gun as a wallpaper.

maybe they hand em out as easy as an iphone to their kids, but i'd assume they accept some type of responsibility. Since kids don't work for the most part and they aren't legal adults, the parent must sign for them or the school is fucking stoopid.
