Learn how to work. Never call up and ask to cancel..always tell them you want to upgrade, then you get answered right away.

I told my wife to do that the other day when she wanted to cancel her sub (and it worked). Those idiots wouldn't honor the same price as last year and lost her as a customer. Bunch of R-words running that company.
