Man, with 7" of snow I still smoked 15# of beef ribs. They taste great but they are a little tough yet. I put them in a roaster and into the oven at 200 degrees for awhile. They will be great in a couple more hours.

Haha I had burgers when I got home and some pizza while smokin'. Ribs are alot like chili, warm 'em up the next day and really enjoy.
