Disney owns a lot of dark properties, like I said the day the news come out, Disney just lets groups like Marvel operate on their own name so that their adult themed products don't taint the Disney Brand. Go look at all the companies Disney owns, it will surprise you.

edit: Nice thing about Battlefront, Command, X-wing, Tie-Fighter, etc is they aren't about jedi at all, just fucking shit up and causing explosions.
