If the "ex employee" scenario is true, at the very least it allows for Bubba to apologize and make amends. It will take a long time for anyone to ever trust him again, but at least he can make it right. He can begin by strapping himself into the torture rack and letting Hogan repeatedly kick him in the nards.

If this whole media assault is a result of Bubba acting alone though? He's just not the man I imagined him to be.

There's a shit ton of civil filings all over the state, it takes a while (up to a week) for it to hit the state and disperse.
