The only person that fits that description is Kevin Kraft, the Howard 101 guy who edited uncensored audio back into the FM replay on Sirius. Even then he was paid to do stuff for the station and worked for Tim.

I wouldn't have suspected him at all, plus to my knowledge he was never in Tampa and unless Bubba mailed him a DVD how the hell would he have seen it? For every other staffer there, being on FM benefited them because that's where the money was. Well besides unpaid interns. Something is off about that story.
