I really don't get why we're exploring Mars. Does NASA know someting we don't? Is there a section of Mars where people relax on a beach and sip tropical drinks? If we do have to colonize Mars, you know how much money that's going to cost? Not to mention, how long the trip is going to take? I wonder if an astranot has ever said this phrase during a mission. "Hold on, I have to go to the bathroom."

You never stop exploration when you have unexplored territory. The benefits reaped from having NASA research and develop methods to breach these long distances are numerous. You don't make technological breakthroughs, you make them when solving improbable problems during a seemingly impossible mission.

If you can't see that then you are blind to the past and dead to the future. You can't put a price on advancement, when you do you become victim to apathy.

I think he's saying it without having to say the actual name, I agree with Chob on it being the BMS.

Oh this old chestnut. I bet the BMS getting on in Jax brought this to the surface again. At least the BMS openly acknowledges their influences. Maybe Bubba should be glad someone gives him props for a change and he inspired an up and coming show that could be a radio staple in a few years.

And if he cared about Shando he'd shut the hell up right now because neither one of them is helping the cause.

So he's going to stamp his feet and mope because he and his buddy didn't get their way. Bullshit. Bubba put in two years at Sirius XM before he got the Cox opportunity. Shannon needs to build himself back up, and he will because he's a hell of a talent.

I know this is shtick, but sending the BMS crew a C&D when they're unashamed Bubba fanboys without taking to them personally first is a fucking dick move. I seriously hope he reconsiders when he's chilled out.

Say what you will about the BMS, and I do think they overdo the Bubbaesque stunts at times to the point of it being forced, but they seem like down to earth humble guys just trying to do their show. And they don't shit talk other talent or cause trouble. From Cox's perspective, that's a show they can get behind.

It's not the Bubba thing to do, but it should've been handled off air. Also if they do keep score like Bubba says they do, then Shannon is pretty much fucked in terms of getting a Cox deal.
