I just published it - it can take a few minutes to show up it said...

it's not in game yet - just on the social club - see if you guys like it better then the fist deal - but Dan would have to fix it up a bit with the transparency

might need a white outline around the whole bullet - I didn't think of that

then it would show real nice on black cars

I added a white outline to the bullet bill but rockstar is taking their time putting it in the crew gallery, if it doesn't show up later i'll re-pub. I can tune it a bit more if need be as well.
