I'm very close to just completing story mode and going back to playing games on steam. They completely ruined the online

I hate to cheese it but at least I can second place it for you on some short races so you can get whatever unlocks you want. I just don't really get what the point of some of these changes are when your game still has outstanding issues that are fucking with people. Fix those FIRST, then worry about whatever we're doing to get some extra cash in between losing 20k just for fucking around a bit.

soon everything will be almost impossible to unlock and i bet every mission will pay almost nothing. You will either have to buy a cash card or grind for months to get anything at all
